Level 2 – Meditation in ActionTM
Meditation in Action, the second step of our meditation courses, is another trademark program created by Vikas Malkani, that teaches you the wisdom of meditation in a deeper level and some advanced meditation techniques.
This program consists of 4 sessions of 2 hours that will train you how to make meditation an integral part of your daily life. The meditation techniques will empower you to create the life you want. You will become more focused, more positive, happier, calmer, able to mange stress better and more powerful to take greater control of your life.
This meditation course is completely non-religious.
